| Debbie Mitchell After following her husband Jim around the world for 20 years, the Air Force returned Debbie and her family home to Omaha in 2001. She immediately established her Real Estate practice in Omaha but, by the summer of 2002, decided to increase the level of service to her customers by devoting her entire practice to new home construction only. Through the National Association of Home Builders, Debbie has continued her new home construction education far beyond that of most Realtors. | Bill P. Bill joined Regency Homes in March, 1977 managing Regency's lumber division. From there he worked as a quality control specialist and climbed the corporate ladder to his position today as construction manager. He now directs the field operations of the entire business.

| Pat M. Pat has been with Regency Homes since 2001 as a Personal Builder. He, also, helps with warranty when needed. Pat started framing houses in 1978, and by 1984 he was self-employed as a framer and home remodeler. Pat has 30 years experience in the homebuilding field.

| Steve A. Steve joined the Regency team in 1990. He has worked as a general laborer, was a Quality Control Field Technician, supervised warranty and now is a Personal Builder for Regency. Before joining the Regency team, he worked in roof-floor truss construction. Steve has 20 years of home-building related-work.

| Jeff P. Jeff has worked for Regency since 1997. He has multiple duties including Quality Control Field Technician and Warranty. He has 14 years experience of home-building related-work. He, also, is retired from 20 years in the United States Marine Corp. Jeff has 2 years of college in the mechanical technology field.

| Geoff B. Geoff has been with Regency Homes since 1998. He has worked in about every phase of new home construction. He works as a Quality Control Field Technician, does warranty work and general labor that is required to keep up the job sites.

| Brian S. Brian started with Regency in 2002 as a Quality Control Field Technician. He has 14 years experience of home-building/construction industry, which includes faming, siding, and building decks. Brian is a certified welder and a heavy equipment operator. He also, does civil service work at Stratcom / Offut Air Force Base.

| Joyce P. Joyce has been a faithful employee of Regency Homes since 1983. Starting out as a receptionist in the Accounts Payable department, she changed directions and worked her way up to Customer Service Manager. She has a business school education. Before joining the Regency team, she worked for Union Pacific Railroad for eight years and owned a retail business for a year and a half.

| Mary G. Mary is a jack of all trades at Regency Homes. Having joined Regency in the accounting department in 1983, she does it all: assists with Human Resources, purchases lots and balances closings. Prior to working for Regency, she did payroll and job costing for a heavy highway construction company. Going farther back, she did pay roll and was an accountant for an actuarial firm. She was also an internal accountant for a CPA firm and a bookkeeper for a lumber company.

| Joyce Anne E. Joyce has always had an affinity for the construction business. Her uncles and her sons are all involved in the industry in one way or another. She has been with Regency Homes, since 1998, as a receptionist in Accounts Payable for six years and loves her job. After taking classes at Metro Tech, she worked for custom builder Pat McNeil for six years.

| Steve J. Steve earned his Bachelors of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from the University of Nebraska. For 11 and half years, he did drafting, design, technical support and estimating for Design Basics, Inc. He was a Field Superintendent for one year at Construct Inc. In 1996, he became the Estimator-Purchasing Manager for Regency Homes.

| Joe S. Joe started out at Regency Homes as a laborer in 1990. He eventually moved up and did final completion work, and then to the Warranty department. In 1998, he became a Project Manager. Before Regency, Joe was a frame and trim carpenter for 20 years, and was a framing subcontractor for 12 of those 20 years.

| James M. R. James has been a Project Manager at Regency Homes since 2005. James has 3 and half years of college for Construction Engineering Technology. He has worked with every aspect of the construction of homes. He spent seven years framing residential homes. For five years, he remodeled high end residential homes.

| Karen S.B. Karen has been Regency Homes since 1997. She received her Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1991. She's been a part of the home building/construction industry since 1992.

| Candra D. Candra has worked in the Design/Drafting department of Regency Homes since 2003. She earned her Associates degree in Applied Science in Architectural Technology in 1998. She worked for an architect for 3 years, and then worked for a residential design firm for 2 and half years before becoming part of the Regency team.

| Denny V. Denny started as a trim carpenter in 1969 and worked his way up through the Regency Homes operation as a Draftsman/Designer, Superintendent, Customer Service Representative, Estimator, Project Manager, General Manager and now serves as the Vice President. He is the Designated Real Estate Broker for the company. He is active in the Metropolitan Omaha Homebuilders Association as well as the State of Nebraska Homebuilders Association and the National Association of Homebuilders. He has been voted Omaha Builder of the Year, State of Nebraska Builder of the Year, Developer of the Year and Best Marketing Director. He has a Bachelor of Construction Degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and is has attained the distinction of becoming a CSP (Certified Sales Professional) and has been certified to teach the CSP courses by the National Association of Homebuilders.
