Our “Heritage Series” of homes are priced from $150,000 to $250,000 and are offered in select Omaha communities. Standard pre-priced custom option packages are available. Unlike many new homes in this price range, the front elevations are designed to present more of a custom look as opposed to a track subdivision appearance. Move Up Buyers: (Regency Series)
Our “Regency Series” of homes (featuring our largest number of plans) offers many of the features that are considered optional with other builders as standard. Prices range from $200,000 to $450,000. With a selection of thousands of custom pre-priced options, as well as the availability of our custom design consultation service, we can tailor one of these standard home plans to your specific lifestyle needs. These homes are available in over 50 area neighborhoods (over 10,000 lots) so the “location, location, location” question can be easily answered. Many of these plan types are shown as model homes so that your client can actually see, touch and feel the design and features of the home before purchase.

Empty Nesters: (Walnut Lake Luxury Series)
For the empty nesters (the 55+ crowd), we offer the Walnut Lake Villas. These maintenance provided ranch style homes are priced at $300,000-$650,000.
