I've heard horror stories about building which is why I had never considered it.  But we visited a model of our home in April 2001 and we loved it and decided to go for it instead of buying a pre-existing home.  Everything went so smoothly and with less stress then I could have ever imagined.  I'm positive it's because of Regency Homes and the way they do business.  I'd do it again in a heartbeat.  We love our home and so does everyone that sees it.

The builder was extremely responsive to my questions and concerns as price to purchase.  The last walk-through was very thorough and professional (they even pre-programmed the sprinkler system for me).  The builder's sales agent has also been very helpful, responsive, quick on follow up and still provides feedback.

We have been very pleased with everyone and everything at Regency.  John Martin, a Regency representative, has been super to work with - his knowledge, friendliness, cooperation and patience have all been outstanding.  We love our new home and have had many people say they love our floor plan better than in their new homes, which are not Regency built.
